Alan Wright has been a live steam enthusiast since birth. Born within earshot of the ex LNER shed at New England Peterborough and the grandson of a mainline driver I acquired my love of all things railway easily.
I have over 30 years experience as a model engineer and have been a G1MRA member for about 20 years.
WrightWay Rolling Stock was started to provide affordable, high quality, hand crafted scale rolling stock to the Gauge 1 enthusiast.
The methods and processes used have been developed or applied to ensure that the finished model is both accurate and durable and will provide years of service.
I am ably assisted by my wife Phyl who is heavily involved in the artistic side of the process.
