Gary McKinnon extradition hearing Tuesday 18th October 2005 - another adjournment ?

Given the pending extra legal advice being sought by the Home Office in the Babar Ahmad extradition case, we would not be surprised if the Gary McKinnon's forthcoming extradition hearing next Tuesday 18th October 2005 is adjourned until a later date.

Will the Magistrate relent, and relax Gary's bail conditions, so that he can at least personally read and answer some of the messages of support he is getting via the internet ?
