I believe the impossible is happening

I believe the impossible is happening
every moment
it is in the fact that
you speak to me
it is in the fact that
strangers still meet
and fall in love
and mean it
it is in the street
and traffic
and accidents
that happen
every day.
None of this can be predicted
and is not to be believed.
a bank statement
a drop of rain
a french kiss
a blinking light
at any given moment
is like g-d being born
of a virgin
or an open hand
or heart
when there are enough reasons
for any of us
to stop.
