Tragic circumstances are obliging some delays in plans i had made re my past "International Diplomatic Work...on a direct basis" for the world's children now getting more and more topical.
Already i am delaying resumption of communications with the United Nations Secretariat and i am sure what i send him is possibly not going to be seen--or at least adequately evaluated due to time constraints--before the imminent sitting of the United Nations General Assembly later this month of September, 2018.
Life (with sarcasm or irony intended).
But earlier today i was thinking that term of reference 3) here seems relevant in today's context.
It's about that legendary, proverbial "glass ceiling" when "you" are going to go nowhere near where you have to in order to get the job done...but you just try to explain that when the very system is designed so you can't and can't warn away other potential victims...

At minimum here the link to the list of what i sent to (now the late...then-)U.S. President Reagan via (then-)Congressman Dellums is bad because the server changed since i wrote the original encoding and i have to rewrite it when i have the time.

But for now, i can see any number of things in this getting topical imminently and over the course of the remainder of the terms of office of Donald Trump and Justin Trudeau.

This, incidentally, was prepared and submitted by me originally as a (1987) "Christmas gift" to my friend Desmond Tutu and all the people suffering because of apartheid and racism.
Maybe only some of the words have changed...

What Is The Truth?

President Botha: My enclosed statement to you with so many attachments is this detailed because of the broader circumstances applying to the registered letter i want to send Archbishop Desmond Tutu next week. Both he and hostage in Lebanon Terry Waite are authorities of the Anglican Christian Church.
I included statements to Mr. Waite and Archbishop of Canterbury Dr. Robert Runcie, along with copies of my 1986 statements to Desmond Tutu, in my December, 1986 registered letter to the Most Reverend M.G. Peers, Primate of the Anglican Church of Canada.
Because Terry Waite remains one of about 20 innocent hostages held in Lebanon and i possibly remain able to secure their freedom--for reasons indicated briefly in my statement here to you--an honest chronology and explanation of all aspects of my "International Diplomatic Work...on a direct basis"--with substantiation--appears essential for this purpose.
As i actually state on page 7. of my statement to you, "my work in relation to South Africa begun in 1978 was not the be all, end all" of the overall work and goals then and since.
Accordingly, in order to respond to equally important or greater concerns" than how the South Africa regime may choose to respond to receipt of so detailed an exposition as this, i send this to you with this advisement for caution by you.
